The HＷ Security DB was accomplished based on the business plan, which was the ciber security economy infrastructure construction project (Vulnerability Analysis Techniques for Hardware) 2014 by Ministry of Economy, Trade , and Industry. The project was undertaken by Electronic Commerce Security Technology Reserch Association.
